The fourth London Experimental Oenology Seminar will take place on Monday December 10th (6.30-8.30pm, Senate House, Malet Street, London).
Matthew Hudson, Tony Milanowski, and Peter Morgan from Plumpton College have concocted an exciting programme “Before, Bubbles & Beyond”
“Before” Peter Morgan – Winemaker Plumpton College – will discuss the difficult task of the winemaker to make winemaking decisions prior to bottle fermentation
“Bubbles” Tony Milanowski – Wine sensory lecturer Plumpton Colle- will discuss the difficulties associated with assessment of wines with bubbles, and methods to improve sensory analysis.
“Beyond” Matthew Hudson – Wine business lecturer Plumpton College – will review the influences of taste found in sparkling wine that are not related to the wine itself
Each part will come with relevant tasting illustrations.
